Initiatives & Storyboards
Initiatives are the core of Quite. A Storyboard is the visual narrative of your initiative's journey.
- Create an Initiative from the Initiatives page
- Click 🎬 Storyboard to map out scenes (phases/milestones)
- Mark each scene as Followed (✓), Skipped (✗), or Pending (○)
- Run a MERCO health check to get a readiness score
Contacts & Follow-ups
Manage your network and schedule follow-ups to stay on top of relationships.
- Add contacts via the Contacts page
- Schedule follow-ups with due dates
- The ticker bar reminds you of upcoming deadlines
- Organize contacts into Groups for easy access
Teams & Sharing
Collaborate on initiatives and contacts with your team.
- Create Teams from the Teams page
- Invite members by email address
- Share contacts or initiatives using the Share button
- Assign viewer or editor roles per collaborator
