1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quite ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You may use Quite only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Service to store or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. You are responsible for all content you create within the platform.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Membership & Billing

Paid membership tiers are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not issued for partial months. Quite reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create in Quite. By using the Service, you grant Quite a limited, non-exclusive license to display and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Rootwork AI does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rootwork AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
