Privacy Policy
Effective: January 1, 2026 · Quite Social / Rootwork AI
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — including your name, email address, and content you create within Quite (contacts, initiatives, storyboards, activities). We also collect technical data such as login events, page views, and API usage logs necessary to operate and improve the platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to provide, maintain, and improve Quite; to authenticate your identity via Firebase; to send transactional communications (e.g., follow-up reminders); and to calculate aggregate usage metrics. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore within the United States. Firebase Authentication manages credential storage. We apply industry-standard security controls including HTTPS encryption in transit and access-controlled Firestore security rules.
4. Sharing With Third Parties
We use Google Firebase and Google Cloud Run to operate the platform. These services may process your data as sub-processors. We do not share your personal data with any other third parties except as required by law.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@rootwork.ai. Account deletion removes all personally identifiable information from active storage within 30 days.
6. Cookies & Local Storage
Quite uses browser sessionStorage to store dismissed ticker items and browser localStorage for authentication tokens managed by Firebase. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days in advance.
